"...S has taken two workshops, and both have been amazing. The first one had people that actually worked in the medical field and gave him really good advice. And the 2nd was about the workforce and what to expect when working. For example, how to do your taxes, how to resolve conflicts with co-workers, and other great topics. When my son finished the workshop, he was very confident. He said, "Mom, when I get a job, I will know now what to do and how to do my taxes." That was great to hear. Thank you to all that help but the workshop together. "

About SOAR Beyond 22

Support. Opportunity. Acceptance. Respect.

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering teens and young adults with autism and other disabilities as they transition from high school into adulthood. We help individuals discover their purpose, explore their passions, and build the skills and confidence needed for greater independence.

We believe every person is more than a diagnosis. Everyone deserves the opportunity to recognize their strengths, pursue meaningful employment, build meaningful connections, and actively participate in their community.

We are committed to breaking down barriers and challenging the stigma surrounding autism and other unique abilities.
