SOAR Beyond 22 is designed for young adults with diverse abilities who are ready to continue developing the skills, confidence, and experiences needed for adulthood.
Through hands-on learning, community involvement, career exploration, social opportunities, and independent living experiences, participants are encouraged to discover their strengths and work toward meaningful personal goals.

Our program combines real-world learning with individualized support to help participants build confidence, discover their strengths, and work toward greater independence.
Independent Living
Build everyday skills including organization, meal preparation, money management, community navigation, routines, decision-making, and personal responsibility.
Career Exploration
Explore personal interests, workplace expectations, volunteer opportunities, employment skills, career paths, and meaningful ways to participate in the workforce.
Community & Connection
Strengthen social and communication skills, build relationships, participate in community activities, and practice independence in real-world environments.
Pre-Employment Transition Services
SOAR Beyond 22 is currently offering Pre-Employment Transition Services, or Pre-ETS, in Tennessee through Vocational Rehabilitation.
Pre-ETS helps students with disabilities explore career options, build workplace skills, gain hands-on experience, strengthen self-advocacy, and prepare for employment, education, training, and greater independence after high school.
